Rapid Medicine Ltd. (Hereafter called RM), makes use of the information received from you through the questionnaire implemented in its website, which you filled out in order to receive your own RAM CARD.
By agreeing to the privacy policy of RM, you also confirm that you did not receive and are not receiving any medical treatment or medical service from RM, and therefore you never had any professional relations with any physician or any medical services provider during your contact with RM. Therefore, there was never any medical record written on your name. Your only contact with RM was through the questionnaire that you filled out in RM’s website and your only request from RM is to issue a RAM CARD.
RM invests all requested from RM in order to meet the requirements it needs to keep the privacy of the information received from you.
The information delivered to RM can be watched only by whoever got permission for it. The permission is given through personal password that changes secretly by RM and given to the users only at the day of change.
The use of the information received from you
The only information that we have, is the information given to us by you or by your physician through the questionnaire in our website. The information received is processed and delivered to Computerguard Ltd. for the printing of the RAM CARD, after approved by our physician. Computerguard Ltd meets also all the privacy requirements that are needed to keep you information.
Storing and maintaining the information
From the time the questionnaire is received and until sent to be printed on the RAM CARD, your information is stored on the Microsoft Azure servers that meets all the international privacy requirements, including HIPAA and GDPR. RM keeps very strictly the definitions of the work process supporting the requirements of protection and continuing control, by outside professionals and periodical checking to maintain the high quality technology.
To these systems were defined and implement information protection requirements that suits the high level of information protection in similar systems. This requirements will be checked and controlled constantly. In general, the servers where the information you sent is stored, are highly protected and allow use only to permitted people.
In general, the information can be accessed only by RM managers, its employees or services providers like physicians, and direct employees of Computerguard Ltd. With special permit. The information is deleted as soon as the card was supplied to you.

Since we don’t produce any medical records, you are entitled to request changes, using the “Update your Ram Card” section on our website. Every change will result with new RAM CARD and charged according to the RM price list.
